Due to the retirement of the existing incumbent, a Property & Construction Health & SafetyManager is required to ensure that the Council’s obligations under relevant H&S legislatio including Construction Design & Management, Asbestos, Legionella, Radon, Fire Safety and the Control of Contractors.

Over the years, the Council has developed an excellent working relationship with the Health &Safety Executive, North Wales Fire & Rescue Service and other statutory bodies. This has enabled us to take a proactive approach to accident prevention and the Council has an outstanding record in this respect.
