BOHS P402 Qualification or RSPH equivalant

Minimum 2 years experience in the provision of asbestos surverying and associated tasks

A comprehensive understanding of HSG264 - Asbestos: The Survey Guide

CSCS Card

Full (UK) Driving License

An excellent telephone manner and people skills

Applicant Requirements:-

The succesful applicant must have an extensive knowledge of Management and Pre-Refurbishment/Demolition asbestos surveys to Commercial, Industrial and Domestic Properties.

The successful candidate must be driven and customer focused

A good team player

Ability to work independently and use initiative 

To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
